Raw Cilantro Soup













I have been making this for dinner a lot lately, and it's delicious! And the cayenne and fresh ginger keep me warm.


Raw Cilantro Soup

1 cup warm water

1 avocado

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup red onion

1 t fresh ginger root

2 cloves garlic

½ cup cilantro

2 stalks celery

1 carrot

1 T Bragg’s Aminos

Dash sea salt

Dash black pepper

Dash dried basil

Dash cayenne pepper

Dash turmeric

Dash ginger powder

***Blend in blender***


Pour the blended soup over the following:

1/4 cup sliced kalamata olives

1/3 cup diced mushrooms

1/3 cup diced tomatoes or cherry tomatoes cut in half


Garnish with a bit of cilantro, and enJoy!!!
